(Recommendation for stipend/Book Grant)
In keeping with the usual procedure, all the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) students pursuing Medical, Dental, Nursing and Paramedical courses in various colleges of the country and intending to claim stipend and Book Grant from the Government of Arunachal Pradesh; should get their applications recommended by their college Principal/Dean/Director or any other authorized officer of the college.
In the interest of needy students, the college authorities are hereby requested to verify and recommend the applications at the earliest so that the stipend may be processed from the Directorate of Medical Education, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Naharlagun.

Is it Mandatory??. As i have already parceled my documents alongwith the stipend form back to arunachal pradesh.. And i have a query about this NOC too.how many days does it takes to get one????

NOC can avail in a day… you can contact to Social Justice Empowerment & Tribal Affairs Naharlagun. If you are presently not here in station, you can ask to your relatives / friends to get NOC on your behalf. And same may be submitted to DME Naharlagun.
Is noc compalsory for receiving stipend. sir plez .iam in guwahati medical college.
NOC is compulsory or else form will similarly rejected, you can ask to Directorate of Social Justice, Naharlagun for NOC.
