Stipend Form Submission Date Extended

Directorate of Medical Education pleased to inform you that the Last date of Submission of Stipend Form has been extended from 04/10/2017 to 30/10/2017. All the interested candidates may download the Stipend Form and submit to the DME Office, Naharlagun.

The following Documents are to be attached and fill the form properly to avoid rejection as;

1. Bona-fide or ID Card of institute
2. APST Certificate / PRC
3. Aadhaar Card
4. SBI Bank Passbook Front page
5. Provide NOC from the Directorate of Social Justice Empowerment & Tribal Affairs, Govt. of A.P, Naharlagun to avoid claiming of stipend from two source; like National Scholarship, North East Scholarship, etc.

Students are requested to keep themselves the INSTRUCTION PAGE and not to submit along with the form.
